Amazing location and beautiful old character property. Everything we needed for a week’s stay - spacious room, comfortable bed, fridge/mini-bar, safe, air con and en suite. We had a view of the Grand Canal which was very special.
We loved our room at the top but there are lots of stairs so be prepared for this.

Great location just down from the Rialto bridge and not too far from St Marks Square. Staff quick to answer any email questions prior to our arrival and give good instructions how to get there..
A replan of the tea/coffee daily please. As we are Brits we like our milk with our tea, none available.

The location is perfect - its down a tiny street so its quiet, but right in the middle of everything and an easy walk anywhere. I liked that it's in more of a neighborhood and not in the middle of the Rialto Bridge/San Marco square madness. Staff were very friendly as well!
The room was VERY small, which is fine, but had to shuffle sideways to get to the bed. Wished there was a couple of glasses in the room, not just one plastic bathroom cup and a tea kettle would be a nice addition. Toilet was loud and ran for a long time as well and the beds are quite firm.
