The air condition was not working. Wifi was slow and the room was 4 floor upp without elevator.

First of all, I would recommend avoiding bringing large luggage to Venice if possible, as you’ll have to cross several bridges, which can be quite inconvenient. The hostel doesn’t have a lift, so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs.
The property itself is quite old and could benefit from better maintenance. The shared toilets were not as clean as I had expected, which was a disappointment.
The biggest advantage of this hostel is its excellent location—it’s only a two-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, one of Venice’s main attractions. From the nearby Rialto water bus stop, you can also easily take a vaporetto to Venezia Santa Lucia railway station.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience more pleasant.

Old hotel with very simple standard. Dirty bathroom, old and furniture falling a part

Room was extremely small. There was mold growing under the sink on the wall. Additionally, we came back to water leaking from the ceiling. We reported the issue to the front desk and they did nothing. We had to pay for extra towels.
The next day we were upstairs in the common area (1 floors above our room) and there was a room (directly above our room) that was flooding from the ceiling. There was a bathroom located on the floor above. Staff refused to relocate us or reimburse us.
Location is fine. You can find better
