We upgraded but when we were talking to other guests the upgrade hadn’t been honoured and we were in the original room we booked

Great location.

Our air-conditioning never got the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. Property management was slow to respond to messages. One message sent the day before about parking suggestions was never responded to and the air-conditioning message wasn’t responded to till after we had already left. Entering the door with the code after hours was tricky. Although I was able to get in, another couple struggled to as well. Only half the water came out during the shower with the other half coming out of faucet. I am a handyman and know how to adjust the HVAC and also know that the faucet needs fixed so it wasn’t user error.

The bedroom area was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for our suitcases and to spread out as needed. Our water front room was on the main level and we could open the windows straight to the Venetian Canals. The water way was a bit busy during the day but for us it just added to the magical experience of being there. Our room had vaulted ceilings so it felt big and open. The bathroom was very well set up (big for Europe!) and we had everything we needed. Electronic key access worked great but I'm not sure how it would have been if we hadn't set up an esim for Italy for phone access. I believe they probably have keys for those that can't use that option.

It was a wonderful stay. A bit hard to find at first but that's really just a Venice thing.

Great location, yet quite. The staff was kind.

The shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom and the toilet was weirdly positioned behind the door. The bed pillows were very thin and hard. The AC was pretty loud.
