Great location with room overlooking the canal. The room was as hoped, very comfortable.
When the AC broke mid evening we were left at over 30 degrees for 24 hours (June 2026) Terrible night!!! The staff strung us along as they had done their bit by requesting an engineer. The engineer fixed it then it stopped working again. Eventually sorted but we were on the verge of moving out! Breakfasts were very limited and not replenished, first come first served 😉

Lovely guest house, with helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was very clean and well equipped and in a great location.

Great location, yet quite. The staff was kind.
The shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom and the toilet was weirdly positioned behind the door. The bed pillows were very thin and hard. The AC was pretty loud.
