    The hotel is nice, room is big. But we got the room near the kitchen so its a bit loud in the morning and the room sometimes smell a bit weird. The shower room door is not that closed so water can leak. The hotel is closed by to many restaurant. Just remember going to Venice, u have to travel light, because u have to carry the luggage up and down the stairs!! Eventhough its closed to the station but many stairs😅, so water taxi is the best but it cost €80!

    We chose this hotel because it is not as crowded as where the heart of action in Venice is and yet it is walkable to it. We chose the bigger room, which had views of the canal. Size was great. Male staff at hotel was very friendly, explained to us all about Venice when we checked in. He does this to every guest who hasn’t been to Venice. Amazed at his patience. Good service! :) On top of that, hotel provides free afternoon tea 3-930pm for guest which is a lovely gesture. Initially was surprised there wasn’t a kettle in the room but we requested and was provided one so all is good! Only thing is bed was abit hard to our liking. But overall, pleasant stay! Totally wouldn’t mind going back to stay again the next time we come Venice!
