    The hotel’s location is fabulous for the price and so central to the key sights in Venice. Although not the most modern of facilities it is clean and well tended and despite no staff member being present on reception most of the day if you have an issue and contact them they are quick to respond. We have really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommending it to other travellers.

    The ONLY thing going for this hotel is the location. It was so difficult to get inside, there were 3 different numbers listed to call to try and check in. When we walked in, another couple stated this is a “very scary place”. The lights were dim, the carpet was dirty. When we got in the room, it was sweltering hot and the AC blew out hot air. The bed was lumpy and the bathroom was seriously lacking. We ended up eating the money, leaving at 11pm and walking the streets until we found a new hotel.

    The location was great but the facilities were not. Though we had a private bathroom, it was never mentioned that it was separate from my room.

    There are many problems Hot water not properly come in shower, not good room. There is no window in the room for air circulation.
