The location was key, pretty much 10 to 15 minutes walk from anything. We arrived by train and were able to walk to the hotel. From there it's a 15 min walk to the San Marco port, 10 min to San Polo area. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast system was a little weird, you put in your request when you arrive and thats what it will be for the duration of your stay unless you ask to change it the day before. It's on the 3rd floor but there is a 2 person elevator available. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall I recommend this place.

Small 9 room, 1 floor hotel in a fantastic location. For Grand Canal View, choose room 8 or 9. We stayed in room 9 and while the facilities are dated, was a very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Only issue is that breakfast starts at 8am which is quite late fir a hotel, especially fir early checkout. Fantastic photo op at tge balcony overlooking the canal at the shared dining/lounge room.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff..very welcoming and even left us some Prosecco for our Honeymoon. Fantastic location.
One negative, walls were very thin and we were kept awake two nights by very amorous neighbours!!!🙈🤣

Veramente niente di cui lamentarsi. Le ragazze alla reception sono gentilissime.
