    Excellent location. Just a short walk from Santa Lucia Station and Grand Canal where you can catch a Vaporetto (water bus). It served very good breakfast as well.

    No problems at all. Very handy for transport in and out of Venice plus close to a water bus stop. Once located it is easy to find, but with the warren of small streets, everywhere is the same. Good breakfast spread.

    One of the elderly front desk person was rude for no reason, doesn’t want to answer any questions and pretends to be as if he is a higher being. The rest of the staff and everything else was good.
