Fantastic location of hotel, staff polite and helpful. Veey clean. However, note no fridge, kettle in room. Shower cubical very small and not easy for a medium, large build person. Though we enjoyed the lo ation, vwry close to train station, and load of places to eat around. Overall a good stay. But they need to change the shower cubical!

Unfortunately, although the hotel itself is beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely Venetian-style interior, my experience with the staff was very disappointing.
During check-in, the first employee I dealt with was quite rude, and despite staying with a friend, we were given only one key.
The following night, I returned around 3 AM after work while my friend was sleeping. I politely asked the receptionist for another key so I wouldn’t have to wake him. Instead of simply helping me, he was extremely rude and visibly annoyed. He made me wait for quite some time, only to bring me the wrong key. I then had to wait again before he finally came to open the door.
Mistakes can happen, but the attitude and customer service were unacceptable. I expected much better treatment from a hotel, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression despite the hotel itself being quite nice.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to both the bus and train stations, which was especially helpful as we had an early flight home.
The staff were very kind and welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained.
There were only paper cups in the room, which didn't fit the toothbrush holder, and the bathroom provided only an all-in-one soap and shampoo rather than separate toiletries.
It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and start the day in a more relaxed way, although the breakfast selection could be improved.
Overall, we would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Venice.
