The location of this hotel is excellent. It is only a five-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, which is extremely convenient.
There are some steps leading up to the hotel entrance, so guests travelling with suitcases may need to carry them themselves. The lift is also incredibly small—probably the smallest lift I have ever used. The room itself was extremely compact and was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It also had the narrowest single bed I have ever seen. Fortunately, I am quite slim, but someone with a larger build might not find it very comfortable.
The room did not have certain facilities such as a kettle, coffee machine or desk. There were only a few shelves, so storage space was very limited. The room was so small that it might have been difficult to open a full-sized suitcase, although this was not a problem for me because I was travelling with a backpack.
However, the bathroom was quite nice. It had a separate shower area, and the bathroom facilities looked modern and newly renovated. Space is understandably limited on the island, which may explain why the rooms are so small. The hotel also provides luggage storage, which was very convenient.
Overall, the location is excellent for Venice. In terms of value for money, it is not particularly competitive compared with hotels in Paris or some other European cities. However, if you are only visiting Venice for one or two days and want to make the most of your limited time, this hotel is a very convenient and practical choice.

A clean, well-located property convenient to transportation. WiFi good, and the facilities met expectations. Bathroom was on a separate level than the bed making the stay somewhat less comfortable for the value.

Fantastic location of hotel, staff polite and helpful. Veey clean. However, note no fridge, kettle in room. Shower cubical very small and not easy for a medium, large build person. Though we enjoyed the lo ation, vwry close to train station, and load of places to eat around. Overall a good stay. But they need to change the shower cubical!
