Very close to train station. Around 30 steps up from the front door to reception. Quick check in. Great breakfast. Only scramble eggs and flapjacks as hot items but cold meat selection includes salami ham and cheese. Great coffee and juice machine. I tried vending machine to buy orange juice itdid not dispense juice. Reception offered that I aak kitchen staff for juice next day to replace undispensed. Very unhelpful lady ran to reception and message not conveyed to all so they refused request. Why would a hotel guest fabricate such a story. Anyway other than that and paper thin walls a pleasant stay.

Just some 3min. walk from the Main train station Venezia Sta. Lucia and near to grocery and restaurants. So friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Clean room.

Location and cleanliness were alright. But there's something terribly off about the water heating. It alternates between extremely hot and extremely cold 'automatically' and thus makimg it very difficult to have a proper shower. The absence of an elevator also made it tough to move luggages.
