The location is great. An easy walk from the coach or train station - especially important in Venice - and in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and even nearby supermarkets. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
The room’s furniture is very dated and not too comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t very good. They don’t allow you to have food or drink in your room.
