    👎The room has little bit of old woody smell. The air conditioner doesnt work really great. 💪the location is very close to train station with a lot of shops around : ATM, pharmacy, market and souvernir shops… Venice has so many stairs, bridge but you dont have to worry abt that when you book this hotel. Get out of station, turn left qnd go for few minutes. Breakfast is really nice.

    The location is super ! Just a few mins walking to the main station, which is very convenient speciallty with the luggage. The area is lively and has everything in its vicinity and is an easy walk to other hot spots in the city

    Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was disappointing. While I noticed that English guests were welcomed very warmly—with offers of help, friendly conversations, and even suggestions on where to go—the treatment we received was completely different. The receptionist hardly spoke to us, avoided eye contact, and came across as unfriendly and dismissive. It gave us the impression of discriminatory behavior, which made us feel unwelcome. Apart from this, the rest of the stay was fine, but the reception experience left a very negative impression.
