Staff are amazing. So friendly
Its close to waterbus so getting around is easy
Made us a packed breakfast and gave us best seats in restraunt.
The staircase is full on with a big suitcase

B&B Sognare A Venezia is ideally located near the bus and train station, making arrival and departure very convenient.
From there, it is easy to explore Venice either on foot or by vaporetto. The room is compact but comfortable for two people and was perfectly suitable for our three-night stay. The bathroom was functional, well maintained, and cleaned every day. Breakfast was served at the B&B owner’s restaurant just a few meters away, which was a nice and convenient touch. The owners were very nice to us.
Overall, it offers very good value for money, and we would happily stay there again!

Location very near the train station, able to drop off bags before checking in, continental breakfast at their cafe on the Grand Canal was lovely. Room was clean & Comfortable.
Room is on Main thoroughfare road from train station so MANY hordes of people crowding the street throughout the day. Be aware in case you have leg/knee problems- tight staircase going up to room: 12 steps to tiny landing, 13 more to our room.

Close to everything. Great accommodation and perfect for a couple of days in Venice.
Stairs to property were very steep and narrow but manageable
Noise from street continued each night until at least 2:00am then noise of people from about 5:30 am . Had to keep windows closed to keep noise out
