    Great hotel if you are arriving and leaving Venice by train! No dragging luggage up steps if you stay here. Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean. Great location. Only complaint ( minor at that) is that it isn't very sound proof. I could hear neighbors, but they weren't very loud.

    Really close to the train and local sites. Staff is helpful but not exceptional service. Rooms were clean but weathered and bit moldy in the shower. Overall, it was a good place to stay on a budget.

    For a 4-star hotel, my experience was disappointing. The lobby looks beautiful and impressive when you first walk in, but the room itself was underwhelming. The bedroom and bathroom felt old, and although cleanliness was acceptable, it was not at the level I expected from a 4-star property. The room was small, there were no slippers provided, and the overall comfort did not match the hotel’s rating. The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options and not the quality I expected from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. It felt like guests had to go out of their way to please them rather than feeling genuinely taken care of. The hotel gives a great first impression because of the lobby, but the overall stay did not meet my expectations.
