Gorgeous room, good shower, the bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows.
Slightly out of the way but everything else makes up for it.

The location and views were amazing. Close to San Stae water bus pick up- line 1. Breakfast staff were wonderful.
The front desk staff were not all very friendly. The room has air conditioning supposedly, but stayed extremely hot making it difficult to sleep.

The location is perfect, close to all the sights and the water bus stop (San Stae) but away from the chaos so it feels quiet and secluded. The canal view rooms are spectacular and highly recommended. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

Great view of the canal and an excellent location. The historic building is fascinating and a unique experience to stay in.
Front desk worker was rude and the room we were promised months ahead was not given to us. Sparse furniture within the room and there was a cobweb in the corner. Bartender lacked expertise and the drinks were subpar.
