The room is spacious. Great and quiet location with nearby restaurants and shopping areas but not too close. Easy access to the bus boat and airport boat.
Carrying luggage down the stairs, we believed the staff would help out if asked, but we left early so we didn't bother.

The property is located reasonably close to the Guglie stop if you're arriving by plan and a 20-minute walking distance from the Santa Lucia train station. The place is much better beyond the pictures, i found the garden to be very peaceful and the staff are genuinely nice people deep down.
Convenience of the property's location, genuinely good staff, physical amenities that are beyond what the photos could capture on this listing. Plus there's lots of privacy

Stella and Simone were amazing hosts! I loved relaxing in the back garden after intense mornings of tourism.

Breakfast was fine and service was also very good. The room was acceptable , shower/bath decent. overall very clean.
had to have window open at night. Loud outside till 2-3 am. Too many keys, a small pain in the butt. Tell people what boat stop to get off at.
