Enjoyed the Garden. Room was clean and comfortable. It‘s got a shared kitchen place. Staff has been friendly and helpful.

The location was really good, close to the train station and super easy to get to the city center from there. There's a few supermarkets in the area, little restaurants.
The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was new and modern. Would book again if back in Venice.
Stella was really friendly and helpful.
The only downside is if your room is ground floor and you have people checking in late, you can hear everything in the room.

Breakfast was fine and service was also very good. The room was acceptable , shower/bath decent. overall very clean.
had to have window open at night. Loud outside till 2-3 am. Too many keys, a small pain in the butt. Tell people what boat stop to get off at.
