Quiet location on a nice small canal and conveniently close to vaporetto station and busy street with coffees, restaurants and supermarket.

The reception I received was exceptional. I was given all the information I needed to get around and the Airbnb was so close to the boat taxis and could go anywhere. Totally enjoyed my stay.
Keep up the good job. I am definitely sending people there who want to visit Venice.

Breakfast was fine and service was also very good. The room was acceptable , shower/bath decent. overall very clean.
had to have window open at night. Loud outside till 2-3 am. Too many keys, a small pain in the butt. Tell people what boat stop to get off at.
