Die Lage ist super.
Das Apartment hat keinen Balkon so wie es auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist. Der Fussboden war sehr schmutzig. Der TV funktioniert nicht.

Прекрасная локация. Все рядом)): и достопримечательности, и рестораны, и супермаркеты. Апартаменты достаточно чистые и комфортные. Быстрая реакция управляющей на все запросы.
В наших апартаментах (#3) был вид из окна либо на внутренний двор, либо на соседний дом. Вобщем - его(вида) нет. Едва ли не пара апартаментов по этому адресу могут иметь вид на канал. Все остальные - двор или соседний дом. Посуду следовало бы уже обновить, вся побитая.

La ubicación es muy buena
La verdad es que es una pena, hicimos un viaje por Roma, Florencia y por último Venecia y la verdad es que este último alojamiento nos ha decepcionado. No hay suficiente mensaje de cocina, no hay perchas para colgar las toallas en el baño, hay lavadora pero no hay donde tender... Lo peor es que no había TV, al parecer estaba rota, pero nada más supimos. En los anteriores alojamientos había café de cápsulas gratis, botellas de agua de bienvenida, productos de aseo personal, chanclas y una TV en la habitación y otra en el salón. Lo siento pero tiene muchos detalles que cuidar, no ha habido ninguna atención por parte de nadie solo un par de wasps
