Air conditioning and chilled water were excellent. The hotel was very clean and the communication with the staff was easy and effective. The location by the train station was excellent, as well.
The bed was not particularly comfortable.

It was a short distance away from transport stops but away from places enough that it feels quiet. I enjoyed feeling left alone like an Airbnb, with the benefit of a turnover in the morning from a Hotel :)
Absolutely loved the rooftop balcony. Perhaps one of my favourite things about my trip was winding down on the rooftop.
The cleaner was friendly and the room was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the Aircon was a godsend.
Just beware during heavy rain that the entrance to the building can get flooded! So you might be waiting for a bit or settle for soggy shoes! Unless youve packed some waterproof shoes

Location was key for our transportation. Room had all requires for a few days stay. Also on the first floor had a filter water fountain available.

Colazione povera, e difficile da raggiungere (non nella stessa via). Va bene giusto per chi deve dormire e va a mangiare in giro per Venezia
