Friendly customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

No elevators

The breajfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Including eggs in the menu would be a great addition, such as an option for scrambled eggs or an omelette. The room was beautiful and very clean. Location was great.

The staff- the front desk staff member upon our arrival was the type of person that did not welcome questions. He was rude and called us "idiotas" meaning idiots not knowing that I knew some Italian. He called us that on the way to our room as he was walking in front of us. I did not say anything. The lady in the dining area managing breakfast, was cordial however I did not think she was nice, she did have a rude disposisiton. I think guests should be treated like guests, especially when they are traveling for long distances. Asking how our flight was, did we find the place with ease, just some small talk would be a nice touch. Also, a mention about the many flights of stairs guests have to climb with their luggages would be appropriate. Give your guests a heads up about the many stairs.

Breakfast area was lovely. Small, but wonderful and plenty to choose from. We are not big breakfast eaters, so it was fine for us.

For the location, I thought it was a bit more than I expected to pay. However, it definitely was in the quieter section, so it was fine.

The location was perfect and the staff very helpful.

Very small outdated room. Fridge didn’t work. Breakfast table was in reception.
