    We were very warmly welcomed by Simone. Room was amazing, beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was brilliant, Simone made us a takeaway breakfast for our early flight on our last night. Staff were very friendly. If we return to Venice (I do hope we do as I had a fantastic time) I would defiantly book to stay here again.

    I paid in advance though agoda, its agodas fault that i indicated 2 adults,,one 4y bot, after booking there was shown only 2 adults and I charged locally by hotel additionaly 152EU. But hotel manager is not friendly as we arrived later after 12 pm, Inin advance asked regarding early checkin with fee, and no one answer and they left us in the street while night with a kid, when room was available . Also there is not clean as it is evaluated. You can see photos,m.
