This area was very quiet and felt safe. Easy to get to water bus and San Marco square. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Also Francesca is great! Very helpful and gave us a delicious restaurant recommendation.

Convenient location close to everything. Clean and nice room in an apartment building a minute walk from a boat stop, where to meet the owner leading you to the property. Air conditioner didn’t work the first day, so the owner transferred us to another room which all work well. The owner is very helpful and responds well.

It was not clear that this was not a hotel, you are renting a single room in an apartment building. There was no restocking of coffee or supplies. We were told we could drop our luggage early and after a bit of difficulty were able to reach the host to do so. We were given a key by the cleaner but not told that the front door key was broken. We got it stuck in the lock and had to call for help again. It was a rough start. Overall the room was adequate, just wish the description was clearer

Upon arrival we were met by the boat dock at San Marco. Francesca walked us directly to the property and showed us how to use the keys to access the apartment. There were only a few stairs to get to the room. Francesca was wonderful and explained the area and how to depart to the train station or airport.
