This area was very quiet and felt safe. Easy to get to water bus and San Marco square. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Also Francesca is great! Very helpful and gave us a delicious restaurant recommendation.

Convenient location close to everything. Clean and nice room in an apartment building a minute walk from a boat stop, where to meet the owner leading you to the property.
Air conditioner didn’t work the first day, so the owner transferred us to another room which all work well. The owner is very helpful and responds well.

Too far from the airport and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t seem to change anything so the room stayed hot and muggy. Difficult area to navigate after a late flight.
