The property is easy to get to. The check in was easy. The staff reached out to me on Whatsapp a few days before. We walked to the property from the main on Island Venice bus/ taxi drop off and getting around Venice was straightforward. It was great to have two rooms.

Room was outstanding. Location in Rialto Mercato within 5 minute walk of vaporetto stop. Only downside but no fault of hotel is that there are rooms on 3 floors with steep stairs. No elevator. Again, outstanding rooms and I would stay again.

Great location and very nice room with helpful staff. We stayed in the rooms round the corner so can't comment on the hotel building itself or the breakfast.
