We visit Trieste twice a year and it is always a pleasure. However, have stayed in better accommodation.areas. location
Great location. Easy access to public transportation.
Beds and bedding below standard. Furniture very tired. Pots and pans very old. Apartment above very noisy at night. Departure time too early. Having to go into the city centre to get key’s etc was a hassle.

Clean up after stay
They expect us to clean by our selfes. We paid for the apartment we paid for tax cash at the counter. And there was a notification that everything we use we need to clean fridge to be empty. To pick up the garbage to place all plates and stuff on a dishwasher. They were expecting to be spotless when we check out otherwise we have to pay fee penalty 25 eur . This is craziest thing we experienced till now . Definitely those properties shuld not be listed on booking.com

Sicuramente la societá che lo ha in gestione dovrebbe prestare piu attenzione allo stato delle pulizie
La posizione molto pratica con parcheggio libero proprio davanti . La casa è grande con vista mare e delle grandi finestre
Il bagno è veramentr da rifare la doccia con la tenda maleodorante vecchia e anche tutte le fughe delle piastrelle sono molto sporche andrebbero pulite con candeggina . Il divano è imbarazzante , molto sporco e vecchio non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di sederci .

Laut, schmutzig, ungepflegt
Genau gegenüber ist das Meer.
Durch eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus, entfallen dort die Parkplätze, sodass wir unser Gepäck weit tragen mussten. Die Wohnung war schmuddelig, bei manchen Möbel war zum Teil der Lack abgeplatzt. Bei dem Sofa hat sich fast vollkommen die äußere Schicht abgelöst, was man wohl versucht hat, an einer Stelle mit einer Decke zu kaschieren. Flecken drauf. Die Töpfe sind zum Teil kaputt. Der Duschvorhang war ekelig schmutzig und das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab. Aber am schlimmsten war der ungeheure Lärm des Durchgangsverkehrs von und nach Triest. Tag und Nacht starker Verkehr; am Tag, nicht wie versprochen nur zu Stoßzeiten zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr, sondern von früh bis spät abends LKWs, Busse und viele Autos. Dazu kommt, dass sich direkt unter der Wohnung ein Café/Bistro befindet. Dort wird morgens ab 9 Uhr mit lauter Musik der Betrieb gestartet und aufgehört abends um 23 Uhr. Wir erlebten auch einen Tanzabend, an dem Lautsprecher auf die Terrasse gestellt wurden, Lautsprecheransagen gemacht und gefeiert wurde. Bis nach 24 Uhr. So laut, dass ein Ausweichen, geschlossene Fenster und Stöpsel in den Ohren, nichts half. Wir mussten nach zwei Nächten fliehen, obwohl wir 5 Übernachtungen bezahlt hatten. Ein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters wurde abgelehnt.

Ubytování u pláže, dobrá lokalita.
Ubytování se nachází nad barem. To jsme se z popisku od pronajímatele nedozvěděli. Nevhodné pro pobyt s malými dětmi. Bar s hlasitou hudbou končil až v 01.00 ráno. Nelíbily se nám některé velmi poškozené části vybavení (např. gauč).

Szép és tágas lakás, de zajos, ezért nem igazán pihentető az ott lét.
A szállás csodás helyen, közvetlenül a tengerparton van, tágas és világos, az ablakok többsége a tengerre néz. A nappali-konyha-étkező tágas, a lakás tiszta. A 6-os busszal könnyen elérhető a belvárosból, Barcola negyed egy könnyű sétára van. Közel van a Miramare kastély is.
Nem volt WC papír, ami gondolom, véletlen, megoldottuk, vettünk másnap, csak az utazás után elég kellemetlen volt. A lakás alatt egy bisztró van, ami szombat este 10 után most nem volt nyitva, de vasárnap este viszont éjjel buli volt, nagyon hangos zenével. A lakás felett pedig van még 1 lakás, eléggé hallatszik az ott élők zaja. A ház egy forgalmas út szélén van, az autók zaja sajnos elég zavaró.

La posizione non troppo centrale e difronte al mare
Andrebbe ristrutturata, arredamento da rinnovare, trovare un parcheggio più comodo, fare attenzione alle pulizie degli spazi esterni. Check in molto lontano dalla struttura in cui si alloggia.
