This property is in perfect walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the historic area of Lucca. The room was beautiful and the shutters opened to the street below. Large bathroom with all the amenities. The place was very clean; bed and pillows were comfy.
Communication leading up to the day of our arrival was excellent. However, we struggled to get a response on the day of arriving to confirm our arrival time. We ended up going to the property at the time we requested and there was someone there to greet us. She was lovely and professional and very helpful, it just would have been nice to get a confirmation of our check-in time on that day.
Check-in was via codes which was nice not to have to carry a key around.
Overall a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again even with the uncertainty of check-in time.
