Il Pozzo di Santa Zita

Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. Also, the WiFi is finicky and low security. Finally, every place we stayed in Italy had hard beds and pillows. This was no exception. Security was very strong with codes for front door and your room.

Absolutely a great stay!

The Green Room was perfect for our family of 4. The AC worked fantastically well amid the heat wave. The bathroom is spacious. The two children were very happy in the loft. And the windows could be closed so that no light would get in at all. On top of that the room was well decorated with antiques and mirrors everywhere. Loved the rustic wood, old time charm, and reclaimed wood. Special note: The people at the Pro Cycle Shop were so kind. They rented us last minute bikes and even called a taxi to get us to our next destination when our phones would t work. Beyond that, the location is central to all Lucca has to offer both inside and outside of the walls. The check in was simple via codes and the team was very responsive via WhatsApp. We can’t wait to go back and visit!
