Property is a farm with lots of animals around. Lovely to see the lambs and the goats were very lively. Room comfy and clean. Breakfast was farm eggs so really fresh. Full English available, cooked to order alongside cereal. Turn into property sharp but we managed long wheel base van with a few manoeuvres

I arrived to a lovely greeting from Sandra who showed me to my room and made me feel welcome. The old watermill and out buildings are full of character and it is home this time of year to a hundred or more of swallows & swifts, which is a sight to see. The views are great and the courtyard catches the last of the westerly setting sun to enjoy some late afternoon warmth. I stayed half board and the food has been fantastic !
Plenty of free parking and placed at the end of a long lane there is only the sound of the country, but a stones throw is Tavistock for your every need. I will be back for sure !
