All five of us really appreciated our stay here, it was lovely!

Farm location, nice garden & view, good rooms (with independent access) and breakfast room, lovely host, good choice & quality of breakfast.

Just a few very minor items like loose loo seat, loose shower pole.

Old farm charm.

Loved the area, really quiet, some lovely walks around the lakes. The room was huge, comfortable and clean. Free WiFi. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice is available and Kaye was incredibly accommodating, my husband is Gluten intolerant and was able to have most things on the breakfast menu. The room had a decent amount of tea, coffee and milk which was nice. Some people may feel the decor is a bit dated, but I loved it, it had Old Farm Charm.

The only tiny tiny irk I had was the TV in the room was very small and was on a TV arm that didn't tilt left to right, so I was unable to lie in bed and watch TV comfortably in the morning with my cuppa!

Fantastic location, quiet and peaceful. Room was lovely plenty of room, bathroom was extra large with separate shower. Breakfast was exceptional. Definitely be staying again.

Middle of nowhere which was lovely for me, only stayed 2 nights while I was working in the area. Very quiet and dark surroundings (I'm used to being in the city)

The creaking of the floor upstairs was very loud and the guest were walking around alot.

One of the best b&bs to stay in, Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

As most other reviews everything was absolutely fantastic, were not cooked breakfast people but for those 3days the full Cornish was to die for, Great walks around the lakes, next time I’ll take my rods, And as for our host she was nothing but perfect, Cannot wait to return, thanks

Excellent short stay ... wish we had one more day !!

Excellent Breakfast, tailored for our requirements. The host is very flexible and was accommodating us with our food requirements. The location is a very rural types, with nice views and no road noise whatsoever. The room also had freeview, which is great. Wifi was quite good and room spacious. The location is like 10 minutes drive from Callington, which has good pubs and restaurants (Chinese/Indian).

it was in a fantastic location, peaceful and beautiful. The room was spotless and large enough for us and our dog. The host was lovely and helpful and made sure she was there to greet us when we arrived. Everything about the property was perfect.

Resolved my problems brilliantly

Room was great and roomy but cosy. Breakfast was really nice, homemade jams delicious and Kay very accommodating and happy to chat. The location is ideal for a quiet and recuperating break (much needed!!), and lanes good for undisturbed walks. Many places/towns within short car drive to visit.at
