Really nice new hotel well positioned for visiting by foot. Personal is very kind. We absolutely loved our 2-day stay in Salzburg. My only small negative point is that the air conditioning is not able to go below 23. As Canadians, it’s a bit too hot to sleep. The most positive point was the excellent restaurant in the hotel. De-li-cious!!!

The Hyperion hotel is my new favorite hotel in Salzburg. They gave us exceptional service. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed.The hotel's location was perfect. We highly recommend the Hyperion and will definitely be back on our next visit!

Everything about this Hotel is perfect. I had a very pleasant stay in Salzburg because of this hotel. I was very comfortable staying in a place that is clean, safe, quiet and so close to everything, especially the Mirabellgarten (literally across the street). There are a plethora of restaurants and cafes nearby. Above all, it was the staff members who made this stay at the hotel worthwhile. They are very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to restaurants and what places to visit in Salzburg. They are very accommodating (i.e., making reservations at restaurants and offering to call transportation). I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Customer service is 100 percent!
