Very nice hotel. The people working there are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and the split bathroom design was helpful with three people in the room. It was clean and quiet. It is centrally located - close to the train station but also close to the city center.

The owner did something really great. Old and new combined. In the old building they have double windows and so no traffic noise was getting inside. Well done. Breakfast was great and as the crew was only Spanish speaking I got free training. Just the way they are booking on my credit card isn’t ok. Without asking and permission they just did it. That’s not the way it should be.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August. It is located within a walking distance from the main train station and the bus stops are close as well. The room was decent in size and was very nicely appointed with ample space for the wardrobe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious. There is no refrigerator or an iron in the room, but we could borrow a steamer. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Salzburg in the future.

- No fridge and there is only small table in the room not enough to put our things - No phone in the room need to go to reception to report our bathroom door not able to slide well and we were not able to change our room as the staff told my friend hotel fully booked but she only pretended to look at the computer screen as there was mirror behind her - room quite small need to sit on floor to eat food - room slipper the reception asked us to go to sauna room and take ourselves

We loved the design of the hotel (and even asked for the contact of the designer) and loved the mattress we slept on (probably the best mattress we ever tried), however we did not appreciate the lack of services in the hotel. There is no restaurant to eat at night and the bar seems to be always unattended. Overall it was very good but it would be great if you can add a more humanly touch to it !

We really loved his hotel - we had a triple room and it was extremely roomy. The room had lots of nice touches. It is near the train station, a short walk to Mirabellplatz, and a 15-20 minute to the old town.

I loved the updated look, and the comfort at this hotel. We enjoyed renting bikes for a day and able to see so much more of the city this way! We also enjoyed the ability to walk to shops and restaurants easily, and to and from the train station. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay. This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the train station. It was easy to walk into the town center but the area around the hotel is not as quaint. It was helpful to be close to the train station. The room was spacious and it was really nice to have a separate toilet and sink. Great staff and lovely hotel. I wish the breakfast was less expensive for Hotel guests

Great accommodation for our two nights in Salzburg as a family of 5. Staff lovely and check in and check out were excellent. The apartments are lovely. The air conditioning wasn’t great in the bedrooms and the kitchen facilities are not great for self catering. Aside from that this place is perfect.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the walls and floors are thin. You can hear doors banging and chairs scraping at all hours, as well as noise from nearby apartments. The brunch was touted as exceptional, but the hot foods (eggs, sausages, etc.) were barely warm. Compared to the others we had eaten over the previous two weeks, this was not worth the 25 euros per person. While the photo of the hotel is accurate, the neighborhood isn't great. It is, however, only a 5-minute walk to the train station.
