It was our second stay at this hotel and if we hadn't had a good stay the first time, we would never have gone back. But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities. It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Kortrijk and there definitely will be a next time.....

Run down room. Sketchy food service not consistent food presentation breakfasts and dinners when ordering same thing Sometimes bread served sometimes no. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs some days and not other. Horrible acoustics -very loud overcharged one night. -was charged for a drink never delivered.

It was a good location for us as we needed to break our journey from France to The Netherlands. At weekends and out of season this is a rather sad hotel as the restaurant is closed and the place is deserted. It is not therefore fair to judge an overall experience. We were disappointed by the layout of the room; they had squeezed twin beds into a space only large enough for a double and the bathroom was very small and therefore difficult to negotiate around it. The space was better when we stayed before so perhaps other rooms are better. A bit pricey for what they offered considering that there was no open bar or restaurant.
