Good parts: Loris is amazing at her job! The balcony was nice. Cute place and nicely decorated. Air conditioning worked well. Bad parts: Our bed was super uncomfortable and hard. We could not sleep. The shower had black mold in it. It needs a good scrubbing. There are so many great things about Manarola. Guests just want a more comfortable bed and a clean shower. We stayed in the Newport room.

This room is incredible, spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view! Everything about this property is beautiful, from the decor to the perfect location. But honestly, the absolute best part of my stay was Loris! From the moment I arrived until the end of my short stay, Loris went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She organized the best boat excursions, helped me get tickets to trek between townships, and shared so many local tips and recommendations that helped me make the most of my 3-day visit. Even after I left, when I realized I had lost an item, she went out of her way to check shops around town trying to help me find it. Although it wasn’t recovered, her kindness and effort truly touched me, she went far beyond what anyone could expect. I’ll absolutely be coming back to stay here again, not only because of the property’s perfect location and beauty, but because of Loris. She made me feel cared for and welcome, and turned a great stay into an unforgettable experience. She’s the reason I’ll be a long-term customer and will recommend this place to everyone that goes to Cinque Terre! Thank you Loris, you are the BEST!

Fun room for a couple night stay as we stayed in the cave room. They have a common deck as well for afternoon happy hours.

Our host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She helped us book a private boat excursion and obtain the pass for the park which included most access fees and bus. The property has exceptional views of the sunset, a beautiful balcony and cave living room to use anytime. The balcony was our favourite, we were able to have our dinner out there, but used our room one night when the balcony was being used by another guest. We had just as good views. The only downside if you’re a light sleeper is that the property is right above the train station and you will hear and feel it go through, throughout the night. Otherwise, the location is fantastic and I think the best of the five towns to stay at.

The hotel is located perfectly if you want to be in the middle of town. It overlooks the main strip and is right down the road from the train. Very convenient! The woman who checked us in was very nice and you get some discounts for the walking trail to Riomaggiore. The hotel is up a big hill fyi. At night it can get very loud due to people outside. Other than that it was a beautiful room and stay.

This property was an excellent value. Staff were helpful and friendly. They booked dinner and a tour for us. The hotel is very close to the train exit. Make no mistake you will still have to haul your luggage quite a way and handle stairs but it is closer than almost all other places to stay. NOTE Expedia has this hotel located in another town. It is located in Manarola.

This place is fantastic , very well located and easy to access all of the village. The room is well furnished and comfortable. However the best part is Loris , she is very helpful and enthusiastic and goes the extra way to help . The cruise , if available is very good too

The AC does not work. Not recommended for anyone who does not handle heat well. We came in the middle of summer and searched for hotels specifically looking for AC. This suite said it provides AC but it was 38 degrees and would not cool down the first day and night. We nearly had to leave but we closed the shutters and staff gave us a fan and eventually it cooled down to warm instead of sweltering. On a positive note, the staff are very kind and helpful. They gave us a rundown of what we needed to know while in cinque terre. Finally the shabby chic suite certainly deserves the name shabby. The furniture was dirty and unkept. But the bathroom was clean and renovated. The bedding and towels seemed clean.

We would really rate the Hotel 6 Stars if Possible. Loris was amazing and really Kind! The Room (Chamber 1) was clean, cozy and all you need for a Stay. Its center to much everything and the recommendet Tips of Loris are all Gold. Thank you for really nice Stay!

Perfect experience, right in the centre of Manarola with direct access to the harbor and train station. Only down side is the vibration from the train running in the tunnels underground, but only a minor matter.

From the minute I booked our stay until we left, we received exceptional service. Loris and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make our arrival, stay and departure smooth and problems free. Our room has a beautiful view, a fridge and everything we needed for our 2 nights. There is a terrace overlooking the square where we enjoyed breakfast, bought at a nearby deli, and a glass of wine at night. It is just steps from the train station. It is uphill, but if you come to Cinque Terre you need to plan on climbing up hills and steps. I would absolutely return to this hotel!

We loved the property. The cave room was gorgeous and Loris at the front desk was so helpful! Highly recommend this property for its location and its service. The shared deck over the plaza was a surprise and quickly became our afternoon hang out while the crowds were the most dense.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Manarola. Boutique hotel an easy five minute walk from the train station. Check-in was quick and easy. Our host secured a reservation for dinner quickly at Trattoria dal Billy featuring fresh fish and a spectacular cliff side view of the sunset. Our large, comfortable, well appointed room had a peekaboo view of the town square and sea. Unexpected bonus was a shared terrace with a spectacular unobstructed sea view. Great place to share a bottle of Prosecco and an afternoon snack. Great value for the money in the Cinque Terra.

Spacious room with a window with a great view of the water and the town. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train station however a steep hill to climb (not overly difficult but would not recommend for people with mobility issues).

Definitely worth considering this property. The host, Loris, is exceptional. We had an issue that we needed her help with and she fully came through for us with solid communication and readily available solutions. Some items of note, there are multiple buildings in the property and there is definitely some walking required for both. One of them is quite the haul (15 min walk) from the main area. Also, the address says Riomaggiore (at least when I booked it), this property is certainly in Mannarola so please consider that.

The location of this property is perfect, with beautiful views & right in the middle of everything. Our host, Loris, was very friendly and helpful & gave us excellent dining advice. We only spent 1 night there but would definitely stay there again.
