Amazing

The room was lovely and clean! Perfect for our trip and the location was exceptional. Very close to the train station and Manarola beach! The staff were sooo friendly and so helpful it really made a great stay!! Would definitely recommend 😁

Owner was prompt in corespondents and helpful in every aspect. Attention to details. Nothing lacking with accomodations - clean, modern, with laundry, air conditioners, comfortable beds. Extras like soap, shampoo toothbrush supplied. Very safe and central location. Owner has adjacent retail shop and offered luggage storage (a plus).

We loved everything about L’Emporio Rooms during our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful at every stage of our stay. The property was clean and very close to town with only a few stairs and your in the town centre. We really appreciate all the efforts from the team in making our Cinque Terre stay 10/10.

This is the first time I’m writing a review, because I truly can’t stay silent – the experience was that good. I’ve never encountered such excellent service before. The room was modern, very clean, and in a fantastic location! Every time we walked back to our room, the staircase smelled incredibly good – I would love to know what scent that is 😍. It was also so nice to receive helpful recommendations about the best restaurants and places to visit in the area. On top of that, we were welcomed with a lovely little gift upon arrival. Honestly, the service was absolutely top-notch. I sincerely recommend staying here!

This room was probably the best of 6 that we changed during our Italy trip. Everything was clean, the matress perfect and in general, it was clear that the room was put together by people that care for their customers. Christina contacted us early on to help us and Leonardo was very polite, even carried our luggage for us. Well done guys, keep up the dood work.

Great location, elegant apartment with everything you need and more.

We had a wonderful experience staying L’Emporio Rooms. The host was very hospitable, greeted us at the door and provided recommendations for restaurants. The accommodation was very clean, tastefully decorated, well furnished. The bed and sofa beds were both very comfortable. It’s in an ideal location, restaurants and shops right in front. The harbour is less than a minute away. It’s also less than five minutes walk from the train station. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Manarola.

perfect Manarola couples getaway

Perfect little room for 2 people to share during a Manarola stay. Very close to the harbor point and train stop. It is striking to see how many people will walk by your window on the main street below, but with the windows and curtains closed, it is very quiet and private. The room was very clean, and the staff were very attentive to any needs or questions/recommendations. Very happy with the accommodations.

There is a weird vibration that was noticed at various intervals, which we could only attribute to the sound of the 5 Terre Express trains travelling through the mountain. However, it was not jarring enough to wake or disturb. We stayed 2 nights. With the small size, I am not sure how many days would make the stay uncomfortable. However, L'Emporio does have other rooms, including a larger one with a terrace at this location. So you could always move up to this if needed.

Cinque Terra Delight.

Nice and central. Steep stairs to room thanks to Cristina for taking my bag. . Small room and unfortunately the weather was not great when we were there and we were confined to room for an afternoon. So not alot if space in these circumstances. Lovely lady who tidied room. Clean and provided amenities, coffee machine in room. Left us a few goodies which was sweet.

Was just very small for what we are used to but i think most places would be like this in area. All functional. Not a lot of storage space and no milk for coffee. Bed was a little soft for me but again this is a personal choice.

Really nice stay in Manarola

Thank you so much for the warm welcome and comfortable room, and also the recommendations for restaurants etc. during our stay!

The only thing was that our room didn’t hVe a curtain/blind over the door and there was a bright light outside throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. This is the only thing we could think of as to why this wasn’t a perfect stay.

it’s very cosy and a very good location considering the amount of stairs in Manarola. it’s just 5 minutes away from the train station and very close to the beach. At night it’s quiet you don’t hear the crowds outside. They also provide a small breakfast and coffee machine and water, it was a lovely gesture.

The Owner and his team are excellent and very helpful. Since the room is located away from their shop after some steep climb of stairs , they offered to take our luggage to the room which was very helpful as we were very tired. Also they arranged for the luggage to be dropped to the train station free of charge as a special gesture . However the stairs should not be a problem to younger people . The room is nice and cosy. It is very clean too and well organized. The provided complimentary breakfast items, Tea/Coffee machine etc . The room is very close to the centre of activity.

The room does not have any view at all . Once you are in the room you are kind of cut off from Manarola and can no longer enjoy the feel of the place. While we were there -there was some construction work happening in another property very close by and it was VERY VERY Disturbing . We could not sit or rest in the room due to that .

We were extremely happy with our stay with Leonardo - clean, comfortable and quiet!

Leonardo was the best host ever! He carried our bags to our rooms, and brought them downstairs for us when we checked out. He also made great recommendations for places to eat and visit - and his assitant was also very responsive to any questions or requests we made through WhatsApp. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. It was extremely quiet for being in the main part of Manarola. And the location couldn’t have been better - super close to the train so we didn’t have to lug our bags up or down steep hills (as is the case for many of the other lodging options there). Book this place if you plan to visit Manarola - you won’t be sorry!

Great location, in the heart of Manarola. Busy street outside but with the window closed it was very quiet. Comfortable room, very helpful staff in the store below. Perfect spot for exploring the area, trekking, etc. Easy walk from the train station.
