The Owner and his team are excellent and very helpful.
Since the room is located away from their shop after some steep climb of stairs , they offered to take our luggage to the room which was very helpful as we were very tired. Also they arranged for the luggage to be dropped to the train station free of charge as a special gesture .
However the stairs should not be a problem to younger people .
The room is nice and cosy. It is very clean too and well organized.
The provided complimentary breakfast items, Tea/Coffee machine etc .
The room is very close to the centre of activity.
The room does not have any view at all . Once you are in the room you are kind of cut off from Manarola and can no longer enjoy the feel of the place.
While we were there -there was some construction work happening in another property very close by and it was VERY VERY Disturbing . We could not sit or rest in the room due to that .
