None. Non walkers may not appreciate stairs!

Location and comfortable
The steps to the room were steep but manageable. Wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

Lovely B&B in Monterosso. Compact bathroom, but otherwise spacious. Good breakfast on the terrace.

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable for us, two friends. The bathroom was very large and beautiful. Breakfast was perfect, and the staff very pleasant and accommodating.
The door was a little tricky to unlock.

Breakfast was amazing and the beds and the view made the cost per night worth it.
perhaps a bottle of wine at check in.

Great location up the hill and away from the crowds, but still near some good restaurants and cafes. Very near a walking path that leads to Riomaggiore. The local cafe near church was very friendly and has great coffee. The apartment was comfortable...especially for my older friend who had the actual room. I slept in the shared kitchen dining room which was fine but for some reason I thought there may be two bedrooms. anyhow this was not an issue for us and we loved our stay here.
There is only a flimsy transparent curtain on the bathroom off the living room and it faces the walking path outside so I hung my towel over that window when showering. It would be good to have a proper curtain or blind over that window for more privacy.

Superb bed and breakfast in a lovely location. After reading multiple reviews, the uphill walk from the railway station was shorter and easier than we expected. Due to the hillside location, our room was smaller than a hotel room, but well designed, clean and comfortable. There was a hanging rail for clothes and more than enough room to store our two large suitcases. Sara and Sylvia are the perfect hosts, breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, organic yogurt and cereal.

There's enough space with balcony which i like
The aircon on the main bedroom floor was not working.
When i went there is in june and also 30 degree which is very hot.. i asked but they said it might took awhile.
It was still not working after i backed to hotel the late evening, very hot and very difficult to sleep.
I just hope the hotel has extra mobile air con or a big power fan.

Our room number 33 didn’t have a balcony or a view (as described) but it was truly wonderful! Really well designed and furnished- made our night in Manarola special.

The view from the room was fantastic, the staff was very helpful, and their recommendations on where to eat was super:-)

A cosy place in the middle of buzzing Cinque Terre. The view from the little balcony connected to the room was nothing short of amazing. It is no lie to describe it as a "sea view", though you have the little village of Manarola between you and the sea.
It can sometimes be quite noisy from the little alley outside the front entrance. The nights were quiet, though. Also, the room is pretty small, which is due to the layout of the village on a slope

Attention to detail, hospitality, clarity of instructions to properly get to the property, excellent breakfast, fantastic views, comfortable bed, cleanliness of cups and water boiler in room, quiet, very wonderful host. I would 100% come back at the first opportunity!!!!
Not a thing, they made it super easy!

The space in the apartment was fabulous and it was very well equipped. The location was great, yes it’s a fair hike to get there but it was quiet and peaceful away from any crowds. A great base to be able to self cater especially when we are traveling for 9 weeks. Easy access to trails for hiking.

We stayed at Da Baranin in Manarola on our first trip to the Cinque Terre eight years ago and were delighted with the newly decorated rooms and wonderful balcony sea view from the room we stayed in this time. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the vineyards was still a welcoming start to the day with fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, and coffee/tea made to order. Early check-in (11:00-1:00) was a great plus and Sara, our host, was extremely helpful in explaining all the changes to National Park trails access since our first visit and booking our passes at a discount. She also helped us with booking table reservations. We loved the peacefulness of Manarola after the day trippers went home and the sound of bells chiming the hour the first time we came, but loved it even more this time. Returning to Da Baranin felt like coming home to a happy place.
Our backs are not what they were eight years ago, so the beds were a bit too firm for us.

We loved having a balcony overlooking the town, and a separate twin bed. Silvia and Sara were wonderful hosts. We really appreciated their responsiveness during the booking process, and the delicious breakfast they provided every morning.
We would have liked more comfortable chairs on the balcony.

Beautiful location. Great communication from the host. Arrived early in the morning and room was not ready which was not a problem they kept our bags and later put them in our room.
We were given great clear instructions how to reach the place.
The room had everything we needed and was clean and made up everyday.
The view from our room was so beautiful and relaxing after a day hiking.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful and had an outdoor deck for breakfast the views were amazing.
Very close to the hiking trails.
The B&B has a special green distinction that allows them to offer discount on National park passes with train access.
I would highly recommend this property.

Clean and well equipped (AC, fridge, safe, etc), with absolutely amazing view from the little terrace. Daily cleaning provided. Good buffet style breakfast that can be taken back to the room and enjoyed on the terrace. Sara reached out on WhatsApp on the day of arrival to make the check-in smooth and quick.

Beautiful little apartment organized very well. Our room had a mini terrace with a view of the mountain. Superb breakfast. Owner was exceptionally helpful and flexible given our evolving travel plans. Location was perfect.
I cannot think of anything that the property could improve on.

The friendliness of all the staff. Helpful and intelligent.
A tea towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes would've been useful.

Very friendly staff. They were helpful in helping us navigate the difficult journey from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good and the outdoor areas were lovely for sitting and eating breakfast or enjoying cocktails in the evening.
No space for ANYTHING. We could not unpack our suitcases during our stay. Shower was too small to even bend over in. Breakfast nook on the patio had a shutter latch positioned just perfectly so that when you sat down, you banged your head on it. Stairs to the top floor where our unit was were SCARY steep and narrow, making carrying luggage nearly impossible. No desk for doing any work, but the internet was so bad there wasn't a lot of point in trying.

Hosts were very helpful and kind. Location is up the hill and much quieter than more touristy area by the harbor. Loved the breakfast with croissants and coffee and snacks in the fridge. Balcony overlooking the harbor had a spectacular view. Loved the eco-friendly policies. The area is one of the most beautiful in the world—incredible hiking! Trattoria dal Billy’s that is just a few steps away has delicious food.

I loved the location of this place. The view of the ocean was spectacular! Great breakfast. Crossiants were delicious.
Rooms are very small but my guess is all the rooms in Cinque Terre are small with many narrow steps to get to your room. If you have problems with mobility and balance would not recommend this hotel. Bathroom was extremely tiny with only one small shelve above sink. No where to put toiletries. Shower was also very small with no shelve for shampoo or soap.
