Wonderful overall.

The room was fine, though I thought I had booked one closer to town. Turns out the property has multiple units in different parts of town. You don't know which one you'll have until you arrive. Still no complaints at all. The best reason for staying here turned out to be the manager, Loris. She was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. I owe her a debt of gratitude.

Posizione buona e in una zona tranquilla, anche se per arrivare in struttura in via molini ci sono delle salite un po' faticose. Host super gentile e disponibile. Camera bella, pulita e con tutto ciò che serve. Un plus poter fare colazione sul terrazzino

Čisté, klidné, pohodlí. Z recepce šla s námi cca 5 minut a ukázala nám paní ubytování. Zeptaly jsme se na doporučení na pláž a restauraci a dostaly skvělé tipy. Dokonce nám paní zařídila rezervaci do doporučené restaurace.

Super séjour, on reviendra.

Emplacement en haut du village, pratique car proche du parking d'arrivée et calme. Évidemment du coup il faut descendre pour aller au cente ou au port et l'appartement a un accès par escaliers assez raides seulement, sur 2 étages. ça ne nous a pas gêné car par rapport aux randonnées du coin, ce n'est vraiment rien ! Accueil très sympathique et en français à l'oral. Très bon confort, bonne literie, salle de bain moderne et spacieuse, terrasse bien exposée au soleil super appréciable. Kit petit dej fourni, très pratique. Accès à via dell'Amore au tarif résident proposé avec possibilité de faire l'aller retour : c'est top ! Excursion bateau proposée aussi : à faire c'est très sympa, avec pause baignade.

Il faut chercher pour trouver des points négatifs. Il manquait juste le code wifi à jour dans la chambre (il était dans l'espace commun aux 4 chambres), 2 verres pour le kit petit dej, et un jour un peu d'eau chaude pour la dernière douche de fin de journée.

A beautiful room with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The room was comfortable and clean. The host Loris was extremely helpful with transfer to room, train and walking passes and restaurant recommendations.

The room is accessed via a fairly steep road and 2 flights of stairs. Loris was extremely helpful with the luggage.

Charmigt boende i Manarola.

Kontakten med Loris som var värd för huset var fantastisk direkt från start. Hon var glad och hjälpsam och underlättade vår vistelse. Loris var lätt att komma i kontakt med vid eventuella frågor. Vi fick tre oförglömliga dagar i vackra Manarola. Rummen var rena och fräscha och städades varje dag. Vi skulle gärna återvända. Vi kan varmt rekommendera 5 Terre Pelagos.

Det finns egentligen ingenting att klaga på. Huset vi bodde i ser nergånget ut på utsidan men är charmigt och fint invändigt. Det ligger längst upp i byn vilket var positivt för oss eftersom vi kom med bil. Parkeringen ligger i närheten.

amazing place with a great terrace and fantastic staff !

we absolutely loved our stay at this property. the personnel was loveley and super helpful. went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. got some great tips on where to go in manarola and cinque terre. the room was modern, clean and had nice decor. the terrace was really nice sitting there relaxing. There where 2 ways to walk to the property, one way was super hilly but beautiful views and while the other way was abit uphill it was really not an issue. I would say it’s close to town.

we got a bit confused with the booking as it was the city view room didn’t have a private balcony but there was a picture of one (turns out it was a picture of the shared terrace), but the shared terrace was just around the corner and we had it to ourselves. just double check when you book:) a side not would have been lovely touch with wine glasses in the room. as it’s such a lovely view you could sit there all evening with a glass.

Loved the location, the air conditioning was a great touch as we were visiting in July (very hot!) Our room was very spacious, small breakfast things were left for us, a safe, everything was great and communication from the staff was exceptional

the location is far away near the church, you have to climb uphill for 10 minutes. Additionally, the room is located on the third floor with many steps to climb. it costs 10 euro per luggage for somebody to carry your luggages up. The check in is at different location.

The rooms were very clean and fully renovated. Our stay was phenomenal. Loris was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We were able to use the laundry machine and dryer at the reception which was great. We can't wait to go back! Can't recommend this place enough.

Comfortable and convenient base for exploring Cinqueterra!

I am so pleased we booked Terre Pelagos for our stay in Cinqueterra. I had found it hard to gauge the rooms in Cinqueterra because even the pricier ones seemed quite bare and basic from the photos. However the pictures on the site do not do Terre Pelagos justice, we were in the yellow room which was much bigger than it looks in the pics, with a little balcony, huge comfy bed and a stunning view. The bathroom was also big, well-appointed and had a lovely warm powerful shower. The room was warm when it was chilly outside, and cooled down quickly with the AC if it was hot out so we were happy. A few things I saw in the reviews nearly put me off. Firstly that you have to walk up lots of steps/a steep hill to get to the hotel. Cinqueterra consists of five tiny villages built on mountains, so if you don’t like steps and hills this holiday is not for you as they are unavoidable. And we didn’t hear other guests unless the guests were being loud in the communal area which was rare and more on the guests than the rooms…Again these are small buildings rather than huge hotel complexes so you have to adjust your expectations but on the whole we didn’t hear anything. Overall our stay was super comfortable, cosy, spacious and Loris was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

I am forever grateful this property was available for my Cinque Terre adventure! The staff was the kindest and mostly helpful. I booked a sunset boat tour through them, which was probably the highlight of my trip. On our walk to my room, Loris even helped me make a reservation at a fabulous restaurant. I had coffee and toast on my balcony every morning with a beautiful view. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and had an amazing time. Thank you so much!
