The location was not too close to the main street where most tourists walk, so it was nice and quiet. At the same time, it wasn’t far either, so everything was within easy walking distance. The room, Agave, was comfortable and cozy.
The room was clean overall. The humidity, however, was quite high, and there was some mold on parts of the walls.

We loved Manarola at Cinque Terre! It was so beautiful and the view from the room was spectacular! The room was clean & the AC was a plus! It's located next to a fabulous restaurant (Trattoria dal Billy-need reservations).
It was a bit difficult finding the complex & there are a lot of stairs to climb to get there, but once you get settled in it's not too difficult if you are up for some exercise. We only stayed 1 night, so a backpack was fine for the short stay...If you are staying longer, I would still recommend a backpack due to the stairs. However, this lodging is not much different from any other in this area...That's the beauty of Cinque Terre!!!!!

The view from the room's balcony is stunning. The shared sunbathing terrace is amazing. Property is on the top street of the village on the east side of the hill, which was very handy for our arrival from a hike between the villages.
Room is clean.
There was no hot water in the evening.
Electricity in the room went off every 5 minutes, and we could not figure out why. So phones did not charge overnight, mini fridge did not cool for the whole evening. In the morning all worked fine, so not sure what was going on.
One mug, one glass and two (different) wine glasses in the room just felt random.
Broken lamp in the wardrobe.
