Wonderful location and easy to enjoy all that Manorola offers.

Wonderful location,easy to get to from the station.Not too many stairs to climb at the end of our busy days.Very comfortable bed,quiet and peaceful. The little verandah was so lovely to relax on in the afternoons.Away from the crowds but you still felt part of beautiful Manarola. Highly recommend

Be aware that the cinque Terre pass only covers three days of tourist hikes.Unfortunately we were told that the pass would last for the duration of our stay.

Buena ubicación y habitación tranquila.

La ubicación es perfecta, alado de la estación de tren. El anfitrión es muy majo y nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones. La habitación era tranquila y agradable, descansamos muy bien las dos noches.

Se oía constantemente pasar el tren (tanto de dia como de noche) es verdad que dormimos bien de todas formas. Faltaban algunos utensilios de la cocina (platos, tenedores,…) que serían de buena utilidad, ya que hay una mesa donde tomar algo o desayunar. Una de las ventanas no tenía contraventanas (las otras dos si), se agradecería que pusieran en esa también para que no entre la luz.

Most everything, from communication to the facilities, size of the room and location which was just outside the train tunnel.

Not a 10 because of minor stuff such as only one small garbage bin in the bathroom (no big one in the main bedroom), wifi didn't reach the beds and in most of the bedroom was unstable, it was only 100% available in the bathroom.

Very comfortable and clean hotel and superb location.

I understand that many of the apartments were up steep hills and have many steps. But this was so easily accessible. We exited the train station and Giorgio was there to meet us and brought us to the hotel which practically just across the exit of the train station. Granted there were some steps up to our unit but it was very doable. Location was perfect, you could get to the waters easily and there were many restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable and do ask for the one with balcony, it has a lovely view.

This was an exceptional property, it was of high standard regarding cleanliness and the shower was so good. Location is great for trains and ferry . Giorgio was a very welcoming host , met me and brought me to property and explained everything and great recommendations.

Clean nice place conveniently located.

The place looked just like the pictures. The location was very good. Giorgio met as as we got off the train, which we really appreciated. He walked us to our place, which was ready for early check in (which we also appreciated) and helped with the luggage. He gave us info about the Cinque Terre trail pass and answered other questions.

I stayed there with my son, so I purposely got a place with two beds - a bed and a pull out couch. When we got home from dinner at 10:30pm, we discovered that the pull out bed did not have linens. We messaged Giorgio, but he was not available. The next day, he told me that, in order to have the second bed made up, I had to specify this in the reservation. He said that it said this on booking.com, but I just looked at the listing again and it does not say that. I think he should have asked when we arrived, or at least left linens. He said no, no, no, the fault was mine. Then he said he'd make up the bed for the next day for free as a courtesy. I said: you charge to have the 2nd bed made up? And he said yes, if it's not specified in the first place. Even though he was courteous and helpful in other ways, I didn't appreciate this. Also, just make sure you don't stay there when they're having a village dance party in the square - I was up all night the first night.

Tenía todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia más confortable. Terraza muy agradable para relajarse tras las excursiones. Fenomenal el anfitrión, Giorgio. Muy buenas sus sugerencias y recomendaciones, tanto para preparar el viaje como durante la estancia. Nos facilitó mucho la organización de las actividades.

Przestronny pokój, fajna łazienka i możliwość zrobienia kawy.

Niestety zdjęcia sa mylące. Dostalysmy pokoj, ktory nie byl połączony z tarasem. Ciemny i wilgotny. Śmierdział stęchlizną. Na ścianach byl zakamuflowany grzyb. Obie dostalysmy alergii w nim. Trudno otworzyć okno, bo wychodzą na schody, gdzie się wszyscy przemieszczają. Trudno tez odsłonić zasłony, więc w pokoju jest ciemno. Słychać też pociąg. Manarola jest piękna, więc wychodzilysmy rano i przychodzilysmy w nocy, jesli jednak jesteś alergikiem, mocno się zastanów. Nam wystarczyły dwa dni zeby się rozchorować. Moze w innych pokojach, z tarasem jest lepiej.

Lovely place to stay

Georgio was incredibly helpful. He met us as arranged to take us to the room. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and superb bathroom. There is a fridge in the room along with kettle, tea, coffee etc. Terrace with table and chairs was a real bonus.

Clean good sized room with modern appliances, great bathroom, comfy bed and coffee machine! Centrally located in Manarola without too many steps to reach the room. We had a lovely time and couldn't fault it.

Fairly thin walls, the room next door had an alarm clock that was going off for a few hours from very early - but a minor detail in the grand scheme, and only caused a problem on one day thankfully!

Convenient, comfortable, and beautiful view

I liked that the property was so close to the train station. The room was comfortable and charming. The cleaner was so sweet to give us extra supplies when we asked. The host met us outside of the station and was very kind, helpful, calming and steady after a long journey. The view out of the window is amazing.

There's a window in the shower with frosted glass. It's not completely see-through, but more than you'd want for a mother and daughter staying in the same room.
