The contact with the owner was great from the first moment, the video helped us get there and park! He fulfilled even our smallest request (booking a table at a restaurant), towels, etc.

Located right in the heart of Manarola. The room was clean and had obviously been recently renovated.
After navigating through the ups and downs of the town, and through the throngs of people, a long flight of uneven stairs to haul suitcases up was a challenge. Getting into the room was a problem since I had no access to the internet or cellular to message the manager. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the room very small and basic. Also, 10am check out is very early.
