Very nice hotel room with great location in a small town

The location was great! It was in the center of manarola and close to train station.

No issues with the property. it’s worth noting that each city in Cinque Terre is relatively small and caters to tourists. Each shop basically shuts down at 1900, with some restaurants staying open until 9. it was hard to find good restaurants.

Being in a central location has the disadvantage that the street can be a bit noisy at night so windows stayed mainly closed but air conditioning is provided.

Relaxing and picturesque!

Great central location, only a 5 minute walk from the train station. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We were also upgraded to a larger place, which was a pleasant surprise!

Central location, steps from the heart of Manarola! Although nothing fancy, the room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and friendly, spending a lot of time giving us recommendations, showing us a map/ giving directions on how to get around the different towns and answering any questions we had. Overall great value for money and a comfortable stay!

Very loud and noisy as our window pointed out to the Main Street. We also could hear the train throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. Be prepared for a difficult/ long walk with luggage if you have arrived by car but that is also to be expected given no cars can go into the town itself and the roadside parking is quite a way up.

Lorenzo went the extra mile to make us feel at home!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Perfect location and everything surpassed our expectation. I am sure we got the best place to stay in Manarola!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!

Perfect for a Relaxing Break

We loved the location. So close to the beach! And eateries and little shops within meters.The room itself, while smallish, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were made to feel very welcome.

I had to book luggage to go around the city 4 to check in. The rental address and the check-in address are not the same place. There is no person to guide you. check in at 2pm and check out at 10am , my bad trip , took 1 day for check in ... too terrible traveled 1000km to come here just to check in and rush to check out .

Amazing loved every minute took the train to other villages which are equally as beautiful

Fabulous location just off Main Square on the strip down to Harbour spotless room with a lovely bathroom great shower and huge comfy bed it was fantastic to sit on balcony in evening after a beautiful meal in local restaurants having a beer watching all go by . Highly recommend .

Great time hiking the Cinque Terre, tough time sleeping.

It is a small town so everything is close. Lovely people but it is a tourist attraction so crowded in the daytime.

The street noise before dawn (it's the only way to the harbor so all deliveries, trash pickup and conversations between workers is amplified) the train tunnel is almost beneath the structure so we heard every train, express, freight, passenger as it arrived and departed. Quite the amplifier.

Amazing location and wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ca de Baran The location was awesome. Very close to the train station and to Manarola’s top attractions. It was on a very quiet street after supper, we felt very safe! This was my second time staying here, and will be back in future because it’s great!

Well located

Coffee provided and two pastries on our first day but nothing replenished in our room on our second day. The location was good.

Beautiful place to stay, right in the port. Went for a morning swim every day after a short downhill wander to the harbour, before exploring the adorable village and Cinque Terre. Clean, simple, beautiful room, small hotel/b&b, helpful and friendly staff.

The location was amazing, at the main street of manarola only minutes away from the sea. Also the host was very friendly and helpfull. The bathroom was recently renovated, and looked way better than on the pictures on booking.com!

You hear the train passing by, this however is only a problem for very light-sleeping people, which we are not.

It literally couldn't be more central. We had wine glasses and a bench in front of the house. Early check in was possible without any coordination necessary.

The window of our room was on the foot level of the pedestrians outside, so we left it closed and used the AC. Fridge available.

L'emplacement, le confort de la chambre, la salle de bain et l'arrivée avec boîte à clé.

Le bruit et la proximité avec les voies du train (vibrations + bruit) à partir de 5 heures du matin. Mauvaise communication notamment sur la réduction carte de trekking. L'horaire d'arrivée peu flexible (avant 17h sinon supplément de 20€ par heure).

Läget, balkongen och rymligt rum. Manarola är bäst. Morgondopp vid klipporna nära hamnen, vackra vyer och fantastiskt god mat finns i närheten.
