The hotel is amazing. The lady at the front desk was not that friendly and if you are traveling with kids, they may not use the pools after 18:00 hrs and it closes at 20:00. I do not remember paying less money for the kids, so did not understand why they could not use the facilities. Other than that, it is very nice.

Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the food was superb. All the staff were lovely and friendly (Justin, Mario, Anita, Christian & Andy to name but a few) and we loved the activities. We went canyoning, via ferrata climbing and mountain biking and had a great time. The activity team were brilliant and worked very hard to organise everything for us which made our trip so enjoyable.
Thank you everyone and we look forward to returning soon.
