The hotel and grounds were lovely and decorated in the traditional Bavarian style. The breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. We really enjoyed the drinks/snacks so we could sit and chat and play cards with our groupLoved our stay here and would come back again if we are in the Berchtesgaden area again. It was a complete delight to be here!

Beautiful hotel in mountain location with lots of facilities on site. Breakfast was excellent and room beautiful.

Our room was right by the kitchen and breakfast preparation woke us up at 6.30 am

Great hotel stay for a family with young children.

The facility had many enjoyable amenities such as outdoor and heated pool, outdoor playground for children, and a restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The breakfast was very good too.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Secluded from the center & Konigsee yet not far. Property is big but very well maintained. The food in the restaurant was too good. Room was big enough.

The hotel grounds were beautiful! So peaceful and relaxing! The hotel restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect with great views of the mountains. Konigssee was only about 10 minutes away.

The infrastructure is quite good and well talen care of.

The food at the property could be better. The restaurant staff seemed overworked and could give very less time to guests. Food was very vegetarian unfriendly.

We had a beautiful end unit room with balcony. It was clean, comfortable and our balcony had a lovely view of the mountains. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and can't say enough good things about the staff.

Fantastic place to stay

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are basic with little decoration, while others are nicely appointed. Great facility with a lot of areas to sit and enjoy drinks or relax. Staff is really friendly.

The music in the restaurant at dinner needs to be changed. Today's pop music was playing, but something more traditional and fitting for the atmosphere would have been better; tirolean music would have enhanced dinner in the restaurant, not today's pop music.

Beautiful Hotel with all needed for a family

Great comfortable stay in a beautiful building and surroundings. We had two small children, age 1 and 3 and they loved it. They enjoyed the playground outside and inside and loved to be able to go to the pool anytime they wanted. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great place to be with kids.

The outdoor pool was closed (too cold). Maybe add something to restrict the access close to it.

I really enjoyed staying at Alpina, despite the walk!

The hotel is lovely, it has a lot of great facilities, and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is about 1.5 km from the train station, up a very steep hill. Also, the bus that runs near the hotel is very infrequent. While it is possible to walk to the hotel from Berchtesdaden, I would recommend having a car. Also, the bed was a little hard.

A lovely place to stay if visiting Konigssee or Berchtesgaden

Great outdoor area with beautiful swimming pool and garden. Good partial views of nearby mountains.

The menu offered a fixed price for what seemed to be only a starter and dessert so was quite confusing. it was a lot more expensive than Bookimg.com suggested which was a bit disappointing.

The pool, and the lawn with all the chairs to relax and admire the beautiful views. The location is great particularly if you have a car. Very good value for money, the hotel turned out to be fancier and nicer than I expected Breakfast and dinner and all of the staff were great

Great place to stay with a family!

Great location with beautiful views of the mountains! Breakfast was good and dinners were exceptional. Pools and facilities for kids were great. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was clean and well kept. I would recommend to anyone.

Superb

The grounds are much nicer than the photos on booking display. Really child friendly with a lovely terrace for an easy dinner after a long day. Nice pool and quirky, eclectic mix of traditional Alpine architecture with African masks.
