Great location, bad breakfast.

Very good location!

A terrible breakfast. Breakfast was served from 6 AM, but by 7:30 there was almost nothing. The problem was mainly with the drinks, which the staff did not refill at all.

Superb

The location is just great, from our balcony we had a beautiful view of mountains, ever changing. The rooms and bathroom are nice, breakfast is good. It is very close to bus stops, so easy to travel around using public transport.

First two days we were spoilt by the choice of cooked breakfast, which wasn't available for the last two days...

Stunning place in a great location with amazing view and super nice staff!

Stunning view with a great breakfast. Very friendly staff and the view is easily worth the extra cost! We really loved staying here. There is also parking out the front and a mini supermarket a 2 min walk away. It's an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again!

Very good pension

The room had the most wonderful view, it was newly done and the heating was adjustable. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was very decent. It's great that it has parking space and a couple of excellent restaurants around. Even though it's called a hotel the whole feeling is more of a pension (a very good pension).

The welcoming was a bit odd, friendly but a bit odd. Maybe because we've arrived on a Monday it felt like there was no staff. I've tried to find the sauna but couldn't, not sure till this day if there really is one. I might be the one to blame because a phone number was given to us but it would have been nice if there was someone at the reception. It would also have been nice if we didn't had the cleaners at 8:00 trying to brute force our door to clean the room, they should know which rooms have checked out and which ones haven't.

Wonderful location, nice breakfast food and service. But poor confort and check-in/out service

The breakfast was decent with good quality food. The location was amazing. One could enjoy breakfast with a breathtaking view from the mountains.

Bed was really hard and therefore uncomfortable. The pillows and the duvets were rough and noisy. We hardly ever saw anybody in the Büro. We had to call the hotel to get someone to check us in and out.

Very clean and comfortable

Very clean, friendly staffs, very comfortable and the restaurant served great bavarian foods. The room was cleaned every day and every day there were small chocolate on the pillow, nice gesture.

The breakfast was more than enough and with lot of options. I would have liked to have fresh fruits (not with syrup) but thats just a matter of taste

Schöner Kurzurlaub.

Sehr gute Lage - man ist nicht direkt im Trubel aber alles gut erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau - kein Fahrstuhl und zwei Tage Ruhetag - das heißt keine Gelegenheit für Abendessen und die umliegenden Gaststätten waren alle voll - ohne Reservierung schwer was zu finden .

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Ich habe fünf Nächte im Hotel verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit ansprechbar war. Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich – ein sehr guter Start in den Tag. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Alles, was es rund um den Königssee zu besichtigen gibt, ist schnell und bequem erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal immer freundlich, auskunftsfreudig und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ein Aufzug und eine Klimaanlage wäre natürlich eine tolle Sache, allerdings kein muss in meinem Fall. Es war sehr gut so wie es ist.

Es lohnt sich, wieder in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Königssee und ein schöner Bach auf dem Weg. Es gibt auch einen Spielplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite für Kinder zum Schwimmen und Spielen. Der Hotelbesitzer und das Personal waren außergewöhnlich freundlich. Es lohnt sich, wieder dort zu übernachten.

Ein schönes kleines bayrisches Hotel

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße mit großem Balkon. Die Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Kind hatte ein Zustellbett, das war okay. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein sehr schönes Freibad, was wir mit unserem Kind rege genutzt haben. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelhandel ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso eine Bushaltestelle und andere Restaurants. Im Hotel ist auch ein Restaurant, welches während unseres Aufenthaltes Dienstag und Mittwoch Ruhetag hatte. Das Essen im Hotel war okay, wir haben durch die Ruhetage aber auch auswärts gute Alternativen gefunden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet. Wir hätten uns aber etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die anderen Gäste waren eher im gesetzten Alter, kaum Familien mit Kindern. Durch die Gästekarte konnten wir die Öffies kostenlos nutzen und gute Rabatte bekommen.

Die Reinigung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber der Staub auf den Kehrleisten sollte auch regelmäßig entfernt werden. Das WLAN war im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Die Parkplätze vorm Hotel sind etwas knapp bemessen.

Absolut empfehlenswert, leckere Küche!

Supernetter Besitzer, der uns auch beim Laden des E-Autos unterstützt hat. Zimmer sauber, tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch zubereitete Speisen (Eier, Speck, Weißwürste) auf Wunsch. Auch ist das Restaurant für‘s Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekte Lage, nicht ganz so perfektes Hotel

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zimmer im 17. Stock für New Yorker Verhältnisse erstaunlich groß, toller Blick aufs One World Trade Center, Wasserdruck in der Dusche auch in Ordnung, bequemes Bett.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Von zwei Fahrstühlen funktionierte max. einer (auch der ist zwischendurch ausgefallen - 17 Stockwerke mit reichlich Shopping-Trophäen hochlaufen war eine Herausforderung). Wartezeiten entsprechend ewig lang. Das "Frühstück" war mehrere Tage mehr als dürftig. Es gab nur trockenes Toastbrot, weil angeblich die Lieferung mit Bagels, Butter, Marmelade, Honig Frischkäse, Erdnussbutter und Orangensaft nicht angekommen sei. Come on! Mitten in NYC werden diese Basics doch anderweitig aufzutreiben sein (im Umkreis des Hotels habe ich mindestens vier Supermärkte gesehen). Personal war größtenteils desinteressiert und nicht wirklich bemüht, das Fahrstuhl- und Frühstucksproblem anzugehen.

Immer wieder gern!

Tolle neu renovierte Zimmer. Wir hatten sogar die Wahl zwischen 2 Zimmern. Sie sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Sehr gutes WLAN, Blick direkt auf die Berge und sehr bequeme Betten. Sogar für unseren Sohn gab es ein vollwertiges Zustellbett ohne Aufpreis. Leckeres Frühstück immer mit frischen Brötchen und Eierspeisen nach Wahl frisch zubereitet.

Dass das Restaurant nur von 17-20 Uhr warme Küche anbietet.
