Amazing place to stay within the area

Unreal location, beautiful room with a lot of history (Romy Schneider), and the cats are super cute :) The bathroom is also very spacious; you get a TV, cutlery and plates and a mini fridge which I found to be really useful. I also really appreciated the warm blankets, free digital guest card to travel around the area and the leaflets and booklets provided in the room itself.

There was a kettle but no tea, coffee, sugar etc so make sure you buy some in the local Lidl before coming up to the Haus if you want a hot drink. I felt it to be a little impersonal/detached; there was great communication from the host beforehand but when I called and texted and emailed multiple times over the course of 3 nights for the wifi, I was met with no response. This could have been an emergency if I did not have data as I needed to check my buses and trains. The family don’t really interact with you during your stay

Exceptional

Nikolaus and his family are very nice. My room was cosy, the place was very clean, the view from the balcony was stunning! It was a part of the Bavarian fairytale. I also liked the location, close to Berchtesgaden and beautiful hiking trails. I hope next time I go to the Bavarian Alps Mariengrund will be available. Thank you for everything.

Exceptional

The room is sweetly decorated and has a lot of images and books of Romy Schneider :) The bathroom is big and everything was very clean and tidy. The room is equipped with a small fridge, which comes really handy and the terrace displays a breathtaking view. The hosts are very friendly and their garden and pets are the cutest 😊 The combination of all the described creates an unforgettable stay

Hat mir sehr gefallen. Komme gerne wieder.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem großen schönen Garten und einem zauberhaften Blick in die Berge. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon in der Sonne sitzend Tee trinken un den Ausblick genießen.

Wer extrem empfindlich oder selbst sehr laut ist sollte wissen, dass das Haus hellhörig ist und Rücksichtnahme angesagt ist.

Das Highlight ist der Platz auf dem Balkon mit Bergblick!😍

Sehr schöne Lage, schönes Haus, Ruhe, Bergblick, Balkon mit Sitzecke und Tisch, wunderschöner Garten. Süßes Mädchenzimmer, "Sissy", Romy Schneiders Kinderzimmer! Schöne alte Fotos, Rosendekor, Teddybären...😍 Gut eingerichtet, gute Matratze, Schreibtisch, großer Kleiderschrank, großes, neues Badezimmer! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Fön und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Kurzer Kontakt wäre nett gewesen, Schlüsselübergabe durch Code (im Schlüsselkasten) hat gut funktioniert. Leider kein Glas, Teller, Messer, hatte ich zum Glück dabei! Kühlschrank war vorhanden, hat aber nicht wirklich gekühlt...

Erwartung übertroffen!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und dazu noch super temperiert! Schönes Gefühl zu wissen, dass man in dem Kinderzimmer von Romy Schneider übernachtet. Vermutlich hätte sie ein schöneres Leben gehabt, wenn sie hier geblieben wäre ❤️
