The staff was great, enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and neat. The room was in need of a new floor the floor was uneven in the main area. The shower door handles were extremely loose. The valve in the toilet tank would stick closed not filling the tank. Two to three of the charging ports for phones were broken.

Beautiful hotel nice room great staff , the only complaint I have is that the fridge didn’t work and house keeping didn’t do a great job cleaning the bathroom hair was in the tub a dirty rag was in the shower and piss stain on the toilet, cleaned it myself but other then that I definitely recommend staying there bet is comfortable

My stay at this Hotel was Absolutely Everything! The Front Desk Staff was extremely polite, kind, professional and attentive to my needs. The room was very, very clean and fresh. Housekeeping is to be commended on a job well done. Had an issue with connecting to WiFi and a technician was sent to my room immediately and solved the problem with ease, he was very polite. I would stay here a million more times literally. Very, Very Satisfied with my stay. Thank You All!

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located off 595 which makes it easy to get to anywhere in South Florida. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, the only disappointment i had was that the bed sheets were hard and not very comfortable and the tv antenna was not working in my room so i had no stations only on demand movies that cost $24.99 each

Kendra at Check In was genuine and kind. After a long day of travel and activities, it was really nice to see a friendly face checking in around 10pm. My room was cozy and it felt great to settle into crisp clean sheets. I really appreciated the top level of housekeeping. Lastly, I also really appreciated the super fast elevators. Sounds silly to mention, but I've been in a few hotel elevators that seemed to take a long time to get and it's something so small but significant to deal with after a long day. Thank you to the maintenance crew for being on top of things. Really great stay due to how smooth things went with the staff and facilities. It was a true shame that I could only stay one night.

Your staff is friendly and helpful. The room looks like it had been some what remodeled. The tube drain plug came out, the sink fauset was wobbly, the shower wand adjuster was broke off, the toilet paper holder was coming out of wall, the mattress was uncomfortable. One side is slanted i felt like i was going to roll off the bed. The phone in bathroom was coming out of the wall. We were there to visit our children and grandkids we will try another hotel next time. Staff is great property need alot of love and up dated

The pool was closed. You pay for breakfast. && they double charged my card. This hotel is very luxury but for all the inconveniences you can find a better hotel. This wasn’t my first vacation and it definitely won’t be my last. But what single mother wants to deal with the inconveniences when you just want to unwind and relax(the point of my choice to vacay) so it’s just a warning . Have fun.

The beds were very clean, the host checking us in was extremely professional and pleasant. The lobby smelled strongly of perfume and marijuana. The corners of the tile and grout in the bathroom are very dirty and the hallways are loud past 8/9pm.
