Pleasant.

The location was good. All the employees were very nice and accommodating.

We did have ants in our room. I did mention it to the reservation clerk when we checked out so they could take care of it for the next person.

Staff extraordinarily rude. Checked in at 10:30pm. The lady that checked me in was one of the rudest people I've ever met. Also, I asked one of the maids for an extra coffee pod and she felt the need to give me smart-ass remarks.

I'd Return

Great location. 15 mins from sawgrass mills, 8 mins or so from other malls. Good amount of restaurants within walking distance. Nova Southeastern and other colleges about 15 mins away. Staff super helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Simone at the front desk who went out of her way to help me. Felt very safe and welcoming.

Not much to say. If you are a gym buff then know that the workout room is small and fairly sparse. Breakfast is ok.

We spent the night with NO A/C and the staff very diligent and helpful trying to fixed the issue, with the hotel overbooked offer us to refunded the money but at that time wasn't able to find a room around

The location is great.

The air conditioning unit near the bed is poorly positioned, as it blows directly onto the person sleeping there. This creates an uncomfortable experience and could easily cause someone to become ill. It significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. I recommend adjusting the vent direction or relocating the unit to improve guest comfort.

Included breakfast but very ordinary selection of foods! Why is everything on paper plates these days?? We stayed overnight before boarding a cruise the next day. When we arrived the rooms weren’t ready. Two couples in two separate rooms where one couple never received towels till 7pm. I thought COVID staffing issues were over!

Too expensive for what it offers

It’s a good location for us pre-cruise if we want to do some outlet shopping. For anything else I wouldn’t recommend the location.

The hotel needs a renovation, especially the bathrooms. No space to put your items, they are very small. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I remembered it and all the pillows were hard as stone. Didn’t matter if it said ‘soft’ or ‘firm’.

Great breakfast but uncomfortable stay

Breakfast was good, it was a full buffet.

The property was outdated, the bed was too firm for me so I was not that comfortable. The furniture in the room was scratched up and maintenance had to come and wiggle the cord to get the tv working. Not enough parking spaces, parking was horrible, good thing I wasn’t alone and could be dropped off at the entrance due to a injury if not I would’ve had to walk the block.
