No windows can be opened and it smells musky. The furniture shows it‘s wear and tear The entry door to the room is very flimsy and you can hear any noise from the hallway

Conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Roof top pool was clean.

Rooms are dated and older looking. Carpet, walls and couch in room were dirty and dingy. 2 mins after walking into our room a huge roach was crawling up the bathroom wall.

Safe, reliable, relaxing

I thought the price was reasonable for the nights stayed as well as what the Location offered such as a walkable area for food and relaxation

The pool on the ninth floor is closed for weeks due to Routine repairs, and there were a couple of things like the wallpaper and the towel hanger was falling out from the drywall. Trash bags weren’t provided daily however, I did not ask for them.

The location and size of the room was excellent

The property was clean & the staff was friendly when I checked in.

The only 2 things I didn't like is the pillows were too flat and very uncomfortable and the fact that the extended check out was a little frustrating.

Very Nice

The rooms are spacious and clean, really nice for families, everything is near by like Publix, Walmart and many restaurants to choose from in the area, its like a West downtown area instead of East also the malls are close as well Sawgrass Mall and Broward Mall.

They charge you for overnight parking, no complimentary breakfast and there is a damage deposit (Booking.com doesn't give this info you have to call and ask)

Loved to see the greeting of my name on the TV very personal and the politeness of the staff when I entered the hotel. The smell of the hotel is pleasing and luxurious.

I wish parking was closer, but what the heck, the exercise was good for me.

The property itself lobby area restaurant area super clean smells amazing. Parking was a little rough. The garage is pretty much always full. The garage is shared with an apartment building and a shopping plaza.

I usually don’t write reviews. I feel like it’s a waste of time but needed to express my significant disappointment with the condition of the room I stayed in recently. Upon entering, the hallway had a very dated appearance reminiscent of the old Motel. The moment I stepped into the room, I was met with a strong odor of humidity and damp carpet, which unfortunately resulted in my needing to go out and purchase allergy medication as my allergies triggered that same evening. It was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the extra security lock on the door had loose and unsecured screws, which was concerning. There were also numerous cracks which also had the drywall lifting up throughout the unit that had not been patched or repainted, giving the room a neglected feel. The lack of cleanliness was also a major issue. The refrigerator had not been wiped down, there was hair in the shower, and food crumbs were present on the computer chair. The tables, desks and countertops was not properly cleaned either, and I had to personally wipe everything down. The room overall appeared dingy, with dust everywhere, contributing to a general sense of disrepair. Notably, there was an actual hole in the wall by the sink that had not been covered or patched. The level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, making me uncomfortable even touching the shower walls. The soap holder had green grime on it, and there appeared to be mildew stains in the corners of the tub. The condition was frankly disgusting and made me feel extremely uneasy. Leaving the room provided a sense of relief, and returning was always unpleasant. It is unfortunate that my work trip required me to stay there, especially since the booking was prepaid. Despite the hotel's appealing exterior, the condition of the room was a complete letdown. I have no plans to stay there again, even if it were the only option, as the entire room felt so unclean that I didn't even want to sit on the couch without a towel.

Reserved room for 4 people, arrive to room and only 3 towels. Tv remote and tv did not work. I had to walk to counter for remote, call front desk for towels. They forgot to give me breakfast bouchers included upon check in, so my husband and kids were not welcomed at breakfast. I had to go to counter 7:00am and pick up breakfast bouchers. Rooms need updating, broken old apliances, phone was yellow. Room curtain stuck.
