Great place to lay your head for the night

Very nice stay. The breakfast was not really hot. The potatoes were dry. The pancake/waffle machine was out of order. Very convenient to the grocery store across the street

The lobby area was inviting and the onsite snacks were a great convenience.

The staff at desk were friendly and communicative. The room was spacious and the breakfast was nice and comfortable.

The furniture was dated, there were chip crumbs in the middle of the floor between the ottomans and single chair was dirty. Our six year old grandson needed to use the sleeper sofa and there were chip crumbs within the sleeper upon opening. Also, the fitted mattress cover was filthy, so we removed it, then added the clean linen we obtained from the front desk.

My stay was nice as I wasn’t at the hotel every day I went shopping and the location is good.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful but the cleaners they are not in the pleasant side and needs to go. Staff of a hotel should be nicer to people and not just be nice but smile all the time even if they have to fake it

the staff was friendly and the and the front desk, sitting area and outside was clean

- our room wasnt cleaned for our entire stay - had to request clean towels every day - tub was dirty - we had to leave towels and garbage outside the door to have them removed. Other guests resorted to the same - breakfast display and options was satisfactory sometimes burnt - had issues checking out even though my card was charged upon arrival. According to hotel records only half was paid even though my account was debited for my full stay. Ordeal took about 10-15 mins to sort out. -

The room was big and ready with equipment for the kitchen so I loved that. It was comfortable and clean. The location was great.

They don’t clean your room unless you request it. I think the breakfast should have better or more options. And some of the staff, specially in the breakfast area, were rude.

The breakfast was great the location as well . It was comfortable and quiet yet close to shopping. Great walk ability .Staff were accommodating and nice . You can get coffee juice and tea all day . Shout out to Mr. Pierre the general worker he made sure we had towels and took out our garbage and helped with our luggage

Overall well reserve resort location has good attractions near, Publix 2 min walking distance, plus restaurants, shopping centers 9 min with Transportation, Also I liked In resort has a Laundry room,ect. Staff were acknowledgeable & definitely had a good culture sensation.

Disappointed on Booking.com advertised a King & 2 bedroom suited was not available, On positive side my family side enjoyed accommodations Sonesta has to offer

Ordered Figs scrubs via fedex. When I collected it from the front desk the package was tampered and 7 out of the 8 scrubs were stolen. I reported it to the hotel. They denied culpability, however a reimbursement of one nights stay was done. Smell of ganja in the corridors. Security needs improvement ( the exit doors at the stairwell was open on most occasions). Shady characters smoking in the parking lot.
