great Location, very close to many restaurants and shops and halfway between FLL beach and sawgrass mills. so all in all its a very balanced location.

One minor detail (although its not a bad thing. just annoying) is that at checkout, at 12pm o clock, a staff tried to enter our room asuming it was already empty. We were just wrapping up our staff before leaving. and it felt as if we were being pushed out. In my opinion, a phone call was more than enough. less pushy and invasive. Don't know if prior events with other guests have led the staff to be more ... pushy in that particular situation.

Great value, good location

Very reasonable price. Best I've got in Plantation for many years. Everything worked in the room, which was a good size. Good location, close to shopping, restaurants etc, and church. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The door lock stuck a few times. It appeared to have been damaged previously. And check in was delayed because the hotel was full. House cleaning was every other day instead of every day and a bit late in the day.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in for the price.

The rooms were large and well maintained. The location was excellent with many restaurants and shops within a pleasant 10 minute walk. Felt very safe in the area which had fast access to interstates.

The servicing of the rooms was every 2 days which we were fine with but room never done before 2 pm. The rooms were so nice we would still return if we were ever in the area again. Pool was small but well maintained.

We booked queen rooms both got king rooms. The water from the bathroom did not flow out. The air conditioning sounded like a tractor all night and didn't cool properly. I asked one of the maids to provide directions for my room by providing the number and the maid told me that she didn't know. The front desk staff were not in uniform.

Two queens beds in the room. Working bathroom facilities. Working air conditioning.

The room housekeeping is only every second day. If they remember. It’s not ok not to advertise that in advance. The breakfast was horrible. It’s reheated food. Only little to choose from and have to choose either coffee or juice.

It was close to City Hall, so that worked great for our team.

At checkout i had asked for a late check as we had meetings and I didnt want to bring my luggage with me, she said 12p was the max and anything after that would be 20/hr until I checked out. Ive been a bonvoy member for years and I have never experienced that. Also on the day of checkin I had been traveling all day and was starving, I was told the bar/bistro would open at 5 - because i had a lot of work to do staying at the hotel to eat and work made the most sense. No one ever showed up to open for food or drinks.

A comfortable stay

Cathy is an EXCEPTIONAL front desk representative. We wanted to add another night to our stay and she was very attentive and helpful and ensured we were able to do so without a fuss.

We expected that housekeeping would come but didn’t until the day we were originally scheduled to check out.

Our stay was good and peaceful

It was extremely clean and close to my son school and there were a lot of nearby restaurants.

The only complaint was we didn’t get clean towels and wash clothes when we requested it. Staff needs to be more mindful of that, I do understand they get busy but you have to pay attention to your guests.

I didn't like that a microwave was not available in the room, but I understand why after I asked and what was told to me. I also didn't like room cleaning every other day and would prefer daily, but I was told I could ask for daily, so that was not a problem.

Fine hotel, no service from airport to hotel nor transfer from hotel to cruise terminal. Horrible

We booked this hotel thinking that we would have service from the FLL airport to the hotel, Instead we had to take an expensive taxi. We also thought we would have transportation to the cruise terminal. Again, not true! Very dissapointed.

Shout out to Natasha the Receptionist that check us out. She was very kind and understanding when I explained my disappoint of my room.

When we got to this resort I was given a handicap room which I didnt request. Everything was so low for someone who would prefer standard furniture. The door was difficult to deal with, The receptionist who checked us in was all wrapped up in a blanket when when we walked in from our flight at midnight so I could see her name badge. She behaved like she didn't want to be there.

Worst stay at a Marriott and we love Marriott’s

Pillows were terrible and just laid flat, waited 45 for my food in the bistro. Messed it up 3 times and even tried to serve me food they served to someone else because it was supposed to be my food. That’s illegal by the way. Manager came and finally got it right and told me he would take care of us and look for a email. He did nothing and lied. All around bad service. Disappointing for a Marriott.
