I booked this hotel specifically because the room amenities listed on Agoda clearly stated that the room included complete kitchen appliances (including kitchenette and coffee/tea maker) and a hair dryer. These amenities were essential for my business trip. Upon arrival, none of the kitchen appliances were present, and there was no hair dryer in the room. I contacted the front desk multiple times, and each time I was told that these items were not available at all, which directly contradicts the information advertised during booking. Agoda later contacted the hotel on my behalf, and I was informed that only some kitchen items might be provided, while the hair dryer was still unavailable. This is unacceptable, as the room did not match the advertised description. Booking decisions are made based on listed amenities, and providing inaccurate information is misleading. I would not have booked this hotel without the kitchen facilities. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability. I recommend future guests confirm amenities directly with the hotel before booking.

This is the worst place I’ve stayed at in many years through Agoda. I wasn’t expecting a lot when booking, but what I received was absolutely subpar. Check in and check out was efficient enough, but I really don’t see why they charge you $100 deposit. The place looks ok from the outside but the room we were assigned (320 a double studio) was old, dirty and smelly- see photos, you can even see hairs left behind on bathroom counter when you look carefully. The window opened up to the walkway and parking area so we had to keep the curtains closed for our privacy. Im not familiar with the Extended Stay brand, but if I had known this was a place for long stay (dodgy looking) residents I would never have booked. We were definitely outside our comfort zone as a family with a young child. This is not a hotel!! You can’t even call it ‘suites’ as they do. The room is not equipped with any coffee tea making facilities or kitchen/ cooking utensils as advertised. You have to go into the small reception area for ‘breakfast’ which is Grab N Go style- coffee/tea, and prepackaged muffin, granola and quick oats sachet. Don’t expect anything more. The location was the most positive aspect if I had to choose. About 15min from the airport and off the freeway (about $30 Uber). There is a strip mall with specialty stores, restaurants and supermarket you can walk to nearby (10 mins) without having to cross big roads, even though you cannot see them on google maps. We payed $230 for this piece of shit property and NEVER AGAIN. if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and value for money : THIS IS NOT IT!!
