From the beginning walking up to the door, the pavers were filthy. The door frame looked like it was hand painted with a dust mop. The floors were sticky. The room was dirty-the floors were not clean. The bathroom counter was nasty. The base boards were filthy.

I don’t expect an expansive selection of TV channels at a hotel. But I certainly expect the four major networks to be on the TV. I could not watch the World Series because the channel line-up in the TV did not include Fox!

The elevator was out and had to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs. This is not the first time this has happened when I stayed there in the past.

The room was clean and people were very nice, but the shower had no hot water. I had to leave very early in the morning so there was not time to call down, change rooms and get a hot shower. I did tell the front desk and they comped me water.

Some of the reviews I see on here are just unrealistic. I don’t expect luxury at a $73 night hotel. What I didn’t see were any roaches, which is probably the most important thing to me. The hallway smelled nice on my floor. I can’t speak for any other floor and my room was in good condition. The only con was not getting fresh towels automatically to my door every day. They only do that every three days. But you can still go down to the front desk and request clean towels daily if you wish. The breakfast was good and the pool was great. The pool was clean and so was my room. The first room I went to the AC wasn’t blowing cold and the front desk moved me. No questions asked right away. Overall, I will say it was a great stay and I will come again.

We enjoyed being able to check in late (due to our flight coming in at 10:30 PM), and the cleanliness and comfortableness of the room & bed. Checking in and out was a breeze.

There were feces smeared across the wall in the bathroom, the room and hallway smelled of weed. I tried calling multiple times, but no answer. The staff was rude when I asked for more towels and wash cloths. The room was filthy with dirt and dust everywhere. We couldn’t walk barefoot

THIS HOTEL WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. I HAVEN'T STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY IN A WHILE AND BOY, DOES IT NEED A RENOVATION OVERHAUL. I CALLED THE FIRST NIGHT OF A 3 NIGHT STAY FOR A DESK LIGHT AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. THE ROOM IS SO DARK IT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE ENTERING THE TWILIGHT ZONE. THE FRONT DESK FEMALE STAFF WERE WELCOMING AND ACCOMMODATING AND THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. DON'T THINK I'LL STAY AGAIN NO TIME SOON. TOO MANY OTHER NICER HOTELS FOR THE SAME PRICE. MARRIOTT, DO BETTER.

This property was central located and convenient for food and shopping. The staff was very friendly and nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast. However my room was not properly cleaned and sanitized. Dirty towels was hanging in the bathroom shower, the vent in the bathroom was full of dust. There was also dust on the dresser and night lights. They said the maid would come every 3 days but no maid came at all And we stated there for 6 nights. The sheets smell like they haven't been changed because i could of smell men cologne on the pillows.

The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would say interacting with them was the best part of the stay. However, the property is in desperate need of a renovation. During our stay the bathroom light went out and no one ever came to fix it which left us bathing in the dark despite us constantly asking. The faucet leaked profusely and the rug in the room held a mold like odor. As for the breakfast there wasn’t much options and the patties were undercooked. Lastly, the housekeeping staff only cleans every three days which can cause large amounts of trash to especially when traveling in large numbers. The housekeeping staff were also disrespectful towards guest. In the past this hotel was a great option for families but it is no longer at the standard it once was.

Hotel doesn’t have daily housekeeping, so this causes guests to leave their trash out in the hallway and by the elevator every night and it doesn’t get cleared until mid afternoon. Disappointing, because it’s an otherwise nice hotel

Our first room smelled strongly of mold as soon as we opened the door. It was so bad that I had to request a room change. However, when they moved us, they didn’t provide the two queen beds I originally booked, as none were available. Overall, the stay was okay, but the property and rooms are definitely in need of major renovations.

A horrible experience ! I had no water for my entire stay & when they tried to switch my room the smell from the second room was unbearable. The smell was so bad I chose to go back to original room with no hot water for the rest of my stay. There was garbage piled up by the elevator overflowing both days. If I was there for more than the 2 nights I would have found somewhere else to stay.

The GM, Karla, was extremely accommodating. We were allowed to check-in early without charge. The bed was comfortable but the room needed updated furnishings. The breakfast was OK but could be better with day to day changes.
