    Great location, but staff service was very disappointing, bordering on disrespectful. A big change from a pleasant and helpful front desk staff person last year.

    Maintenance never came to repair toilet. Multiple attempts called in. Had to go buy a plunger. Fixed myself took 10 seconds! Housekeeping did not clean one of the days!
