My room was in the state of disrepair. The outlets needed to be replaced. The closet door could not be closed properly. The bed was missing a skirt. The toilet seat was loose. The room was dirty. The room has been neglected for a very long time. The elevator door in the lobby would get stuck, and the elevator wouldn’t go up. the front desk employee had to close the elevator door by herself

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff for breakfast worked very hard to constantly refill food options and guest requests. And special thanks… to the cleaning staff who found my headphones and Karla who called me to let me know they found them (I didn’t even know they were missing yet!). And all this above and beyond worn over the Christmas holiday. A great staff!

I stay on 4 floor room 403. When you get out the elevator the smell is really strong maybe from the carpet. The room was very clean. But the AC controller was off. The carpet close to AC unit in the room was all WET.

Bathtub was absolutely horrible! Stick on tub mat was peeling with black mold. Entire bathtub needs replacing. All corners of the room were heavy with dust Need a proper vacuuming. Front desk service was very good. Allowed us to check in early

Parking and lighting was fine, strange smell in hotel, Iron and hairdryer did not work and TV sometimes. I cleaned the pool deck and repaired the safety equipment so it was not in a mess. The deck had berries all over it so Inasked for a broom and it was not usable. The work staff seems to work very hard with what they have to work with, but it appears not enough staff to keep it up. The tree by the pool needs to have the berry droppings cut off as they are hard to walk on and are in the pool. The pool itself was very clean but the area around it is not being maintained well. I could not sleep in the bed because it was sinking in the middle and dropping to the right. The room was nice, the Hotel looks nice, but it all stops there. I moved out early maining because of the bed.

The hotel lacks proper routine maintenance and doesn’t appear to meet local health department requirements. Rooms are in dire need of renovation. Lobby area smells like mold, elevators cabs are filthy, trash hallways, rooms are not serviced well by housekeeping staff. A roach was found in our second room they put us in. The building photos in the listing are not a true representation of the property. Customer be aware.

From the beginning walking up to the door, the pavers were filthy. The door frame looked like it was hand painted with a dust mop. The floors were sticky. The room was dirty-the floors were not clean. The bathroom counter was nasty. The base boards were filthy.

I don’t expect an expansive selection of TV channels at a hotel. But I certainly expect the four major networks to be on the TV. I could not watch the World Series because the channel line-up in the TV did not include Fox!

We went to use the pool, and it was dirty. Also, the property needs some updating. This chain of hotels is the same anymore, they are like Days Inn and the Super 8. We asked the cleaning staff for towels and was super rude. The one thing was the two young ladies at check-in and check-out were very polite and pleasant.
